Refund policy

We operate under a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

For a return/exchange to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with tags still attached, along with its original packaging. 

To minimize unnecessary returns/exchanges, we urge you to consult our size charts before making your purchase, particularly for oversized items, which are designed to fit generously.

Refunds/exchanges are processed once the returned item is received in its original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and orders utilizing discounts exceeding 20% are ineligible for refunds.

Please note: We no longer offer free returns. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee which will vary based on package size and location. There is a 5% restocking fee for all returns/exchanges.
